Danielle Townley is the Chief Legal Officer at the Building Ontario Fund since June 2025 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Procurement at Infrastructure Ontario from May 2013 to July 2025. In this role, Danielle developed the Procurement function and led a team of over 40 professionals responsible for executing procurement activities across various government services. Prior positions at Infrastructure Ontario included Vice President of Procurement, where Danielle provided strategic advice for capital projects, and Director of Legal for Public-Private Partnerships, focusing on complex transit projects. Danielle's legal career began at Bennett Jones LLP and Torys LLP, where a diverse focus included corporate real property transactions and commercial real estate law. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, as well as a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same university and Acadia University, respectively.
