Bill Hoover

Bill Hoover has extensive work experience in the energy and lighting industry. Bill is currently the Executive Vice President at The BR Companies since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Lighting at Lighting Labor Source from September 2018 to March 2021. Before joining The BR Companies, Bill was the President of Hoover Energy Corporation dba Lighting Labor Source from 2012 to 2018. Bill also served as the Principal at Novatech ESG from 2005 to 2011, where they led operations for lighting upgrades and retrofits for major national clients. From 1999 to 2005, they were the President of Nova Lighting & Energy Services, Inc. In the earlier years of their career, Bill held various leadership roles including Regional Sales Manager at Entergy Systems and Service from 1995 to 1999, and President of Nova West Energy Services from 1989 to 1995.
