Amber Davila has a diverse work experience. Amber began their career in 2005 as a Reservations Manager for Santa Barbara Hot Spots. In 2006, they became a Broadcast Board Operator for KJEE 92.9 FM. In 2009, they worked as an Executive Assistant for The Law Offices of James Anthony. From 2011 to 2017, they held various roles at Sparkart Group, Inc. as an Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager. Finally, in 2021, they became a Customer Experience Associate at BuildingLink, an industry leading Community Management software (SaaS). In their roles, they have empowered Managers, Board Members, Building Staff, and Building Residents to utilize the BuildingLink app and web portal, managed multi-million dollar budgets, oversaw facilities and financials, managed the community online software, hired and trained new customer support reps and assistant project managers, conducted staff reviews, and assisted thousands of fans with escalations, chargebacks, reports, and BBB compliance.

Amber Davila has a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts, with an emphasis in writing, from San Francisco State University obtained between 2007 and 2009.
