Kaitria E. Resetar, SHRM-CP has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Kaitria E. began their career as a Sales Associate at New York & Company in 2011. Kaitria E. then worked as a Box Office Assistant for Marshall University and The Lost Colony, where they were also the Box Office Supervisor. In 2012, they worked as a Business Intern for Manhattan Theatre Club, a Marketing Intern for Berkshire Theatre Group, and a Box Office Assistant for The Joyce Theater Foundation, Inc. Kaitria E. Resetar, SHRM-CP obtained a B.F.A. in Production from Marshall University in 2012, and an A.S. in Stage Management from Florida School of the Arts in 2009. In June 2022, they obtained the SHRM People Analytics Specialty, SHRM Total Rewards Specialty Credential, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications from SHRM.
