James Healy

James Healy is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Starting as a Research Assistant at Swinburne University in 2007, James transitioned through various roles, including Freelance Software Developer at Rainbow Book Agencies and CERES Fair Food, and progressed to positions such as Senior Developer and Technical Director at The Conversation Media Group. Subsequently, James served as Team Lead at GreenSync Pty Ltd before taking on multiple roles, including Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, and Site Reliability Engineer at Buildkite since November 2019. James holds a degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
