Gilad Goldman has a diverse work experience in various customer success and management roles. Gilad started their career as a Cadet Quantity Surveyor at Steele Wrobel, where they gained exposure to the Quantity Surveying profession. Gilad then worked as an Estimator at Hutchinson Builders, where they successfully awarded $20 million of construction projects. Following that, Gilad worked as a Product Specialist at EstimateOne Pty Ltd, serving as an escalation point for complex support queries and supporting sales functions. Gilad then joined Hubdoc as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on training, onboarding, and advising customers. After that, Gilad worked as a Customer Success Manager at Mentorloop, where they helped organizations create and leverage an internal culture of mentoring. Most recently, they have been a part of EstimateOne as a Customer Success Manager and Head of Customer Success at BuildPass.

Gilad Goldman completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Construction Management at RMIT University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification of Associate Member from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) in 2017. Furthermore, they acquired the Google Analytics Platform Principles certification from Google, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
