Kevin Mackey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, consulting, and leadership roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director at Built for Leaders, LLC since February 2025, Kevin previously held the position of VP and Head of the Pacific Northwest Business Unit at EPAM Systems, overseeing a $175M+ P&L and focusing on client satisfaction and innovative solutions. A Board Member of the Technology Alliance, Kevin contributes to the advancement of Washington's technology economy. With a notable tenure at Point B, Kevin transformed the technology and analytics practices, led strategic initiatives, and developed technology-enabled solutions that generated significant value for clients. Prior to these roles, Kevin amassed valuable experience at Microsoft and Boeing, contributing to key projects in digital media and customer data integration, respectively. Kevin holds a BA in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
