We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Lead to drive the go-to-market strategies and positioning for our B2B SaaS solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring our products are well-positioned in the market and resonate with our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and a proven track record in product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to ensure market readiness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that articulates value propositions for target personas.
  • Differentiate our solutions in a competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Create sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and training materials to equip the sales team with tools to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base for sales teams to leverage during customer interactions.
  • Partner with the demand generation team to develop campaigns that drive lead acquisition and customer engagement.
  • Align product marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to identify and promote customer success stories.
  • Leverage testimonials, case studies, and reviews to build trust and credibility.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, product management, and sales teams.
  • Foster alignment across departments to ensure consistent execution of strategies.
  • Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term while managing day-to-day tasks.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Built’s salary range for this position is $135,000 - 165,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Built will include equity, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
