Charlie Pinker has a diverse work experience in customer success and client management roles. Charlie started their career at IRIS PROJECTminder as an Account Manager, where they maintained business relationships and provided technical support. Charlie then moved on to Adapt as a Service Manager, responsible for building and maintaining relationships to provide effective IT solutions. At Digitas UK, Charlie worked as an Account Director and later as a Client Director, focusing on the growth and success of the Managed Services arm. Charlie then joined Elucidat as the Head of Customer Success, leading the customer success team. Currently, at Bright, Charlie serves as Customer Success Lead for their Digital Asset Management product, Dash, and previously served as the Head of Customer Service for their Asset Bank DAM product. Overall, Charlie has a strong background in customer success, client management, and team leadership.
Charlie Pinker attended the University of Exeter from 2002 to 2006 and received a BSc degree in Internet Computing. Prior to that, they attended the Academy of Contemporary Music from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a diploma in Guitar. Charlie completed their secondary education at Harrow School from 1996 to 2001. Charlie has also obtained various certifications, including Level 3 Mental Health: Workplace First Aider from St John Ambulance in 2022, Become a Conversational Support Expert from Intercom in 2019, Tuff Leadership Training Step 1 from Tuff Leadership Training in 2019, 6 x Salesforce Trailhead Badges from Salesforce Trailhead in 2017, Amazon Web Services - AWS Essentials from QA Ltd in 2015, and V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from ISEB in 2010.
