Gautham Marthandan

Gautham Marthandan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2022. Gautham started their career as a Customer Service Advisor at Sutherland Global Services, where they excelled at resolving complex customer complaints and achieving high customer satisfaction. Gautham also performed administrative tasks and contributed to team performance improvement. After that, Gautham worked at Voice Training & Research Pvt. Ltd. in various roles, including Public Relations Executive, Marketing Associate, and Communication Associate. In these positions, they drafted press releases, monitored media coverage, conducted market research, co-organized events, and supported social media communication strategy. Gautham then transitioned into the field of public relations, joining Prohibition PR as an Assistant Account Executive. There, they created social media calendars, conducted social media trend analyses, and identified suitable influencers for client projects. Gautham further developed their PR skills at Definition, where they drafted and pitched press releases, monitored news coverage, and assisted with company events and administrative tasks. Recently, Gautham worked as a Digital PR Assistant at Kaizen, where they gained experience in digital PR and assisted with various tasks. Gautham is currently employed as a Digital PR Executive at Builtvisible since July 2022. Gautham has demonstrated strong skills in customer service, PR, marketing, communication, and administration throughout their work experience.

Gautham Marthandan pursued a Master's degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communication at Leeds Beckett University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Panimalar Institute Of Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
