Joanna Pilowsky

Joanna Pilowsky has a diverse background in HR and recruitment. Joanna started as an HR Recruitment and Placement Intern at Nestle S.A. in 2013. Joanna then worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at OlimJobs and later as a Program Recruiter and Internship Coordinator at Top Israel Interns. Joanna transitioned to project management at Ken Jewish Community, where they held the role of Project Manager. Currently, they serve as Talent & Recruitment Specialist at Buk -Software de gestión integral de RRHH, and they were recently promoted to Talent Acquisition Lead in September 2021. In addition to their corporate roles, they also freelanced as an Organizational Psychologist.

Joanna Pilowsky completed their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2013. In 2011, they participated in a student exchange program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2015, they completed a Career Acceleration Program J1 at Gvahim.
