Trinidad Mesa Bozzolo

Trinidad Mesa Bozzolo currently serves as the Head of Employer Brand at Buk, a role held since July 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Employer Brand strategy across Latin America. Previous positions at Buk include Employer Brand Manager and Employer Brand Specialist, focusing on projects that enhance the employee journey and bolster Buk's reputation as a top employer. Trinidad has also worked as a Talent & Recruitment Specialist, managing comprehensive selection processes. Additionally, Trinidad took on the role of Coach at Winston starting in March 2024 and served as Coordinadora de Atracción de Talento at Falabella Retail S.A from August 2017 to February 2020.
