Isabella Lampela

Isabella Lampela is an experienced professional in employer branding, currently serving as the Employer Brand Lead at Wolt. Prior to this role, Isabella held multiple positions at Wise Ltd., including Senior Employer Brand Specialist and Employer Brand Specialist, and began their career there as an Employer Brand Executive. Previously, Isabella completed an internship in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Intuit and managed university research for "The Times Top 100 Employers" at High Fliers Research Limited. Isabella also gained experience as an Events and Engagement Intern at Queensland University of Technology. Isabella holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde.
