Andika Pratama

Andika Pratama is an experienced product and operations leader with a robust background in technology and business management. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Bukalapak since April 2021, Andika leads various initiatives, including Mitra Bukalapak (o2o) and the development of virtual products. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at PT Permata Teknologi, where Andika focused on financial and strategic oversight, as well as Chief Operating Officer at PT Labtek V Information Solution, handling operational alignment with business goals. Andika's experience also includes software engineering positions at PT. JGC Indonesia and PERSI, along with an educational foundation comprising an MBA from Université Grenoble Alpes, a master's in management from the University of Indonesia, and a bachelor's in computer software engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
