Felicia Gunadi

Felicia Gunadi currently serves as the Vice President of Logistics at Bukalapak, leading logistics operations and a new start-up venture since January 2021, and playing a crucial role during the company's pre-to-post-IPO phases, including strategic M&A activities. Prior to Bukalapak, Felicia worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where responsibilities included corporate strategy and operational transformation across various industries in multiple countries. Experience also includes a strategy analyst role at LGT Impact for a social-mission e-commerce start-up in China and a senior associate position at PwC, focusing on audit risk and financial accounting standards. Felicia's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD, language studies in Chinese from Beijing Language and Culture University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia.
