Syarifah Dhira possesses extensive experience in category management and merchant operations, currently serving as the Category and Merchant Operation Manager at Bukalapak since January 2016. Syarifah has held various roles, including Category Manager for FMCG and Fashion, Official Store Acquisition & Demand Manager, and Account Manager for BukaMall. Responsibilities include analyzing consumer trends, managing onboarding teams, and building strategic partnerships.
