Victor Putra L.

Victor Putra L. is the current President of Commerce & Fintech at Bukalapak. Prior to this, they were the Country Development Head for Indonesia at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) from January 2014 to December 2018. Before that, they were a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2011 to December 2014.

Victor started their professional career at IBM in January 2008 as a Department Manager of New Product Introduction. In this role, they managed a team of worldwide product managers to introduce new IBM software products. Victor left IBM in December 2007 to join Nusantara Development Initiative as Chairman of Supervisory Board from January 2013 to December 2015.

Victor Putra L. has a wealth of experience in management and leadership, strategy development, and new product market entry. Victor is also skilled in Six Sigma and budget and financial management.

Victor Putra L. has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Victor also has a certification from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University in Capability Maturity Model Integration. Victor has another certification from IBM in Lean Six Sigma. Finally, they have a certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
