Claudia Marchetti, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in omnichannel strategies and client development. Currently serving as the Head of Omnichannel, Learning & Development at Moncler since June 2021, Claudia also operates as the President of Marchetti Consulting since January 2016. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Global Education & Development at Theory/Helmut Lang, where a global strategy for brand experience was implemented, and Vice President of Client Development & Training at Christian Dior, Inc., where a focus on customer experience and brand storytelling was emphasized. Claudia's early career includes the role of Director of Development & Training at Chanel, where a significant cultural shift in service for the Retail Fashion and Watch & Fine Jewelry Division was initiated. Claudia holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and an educational background from Hofstra University.
