Rafael Garcia

Rafael Garcia is currently serving as a Deskside Support Engineer at Bulgari, specializing in IT ticketing systems, user support, and network troubleshooting since November 2022. Previously, Rafael was a Junior PST Analyst at Accenture, where in-depth knowledge of a complex product group was developed and advertising issues were prioritized for resolution. Prior experience includes an ICT Intern role at The State Laboratory, focusing on software and hardware maintenance and user support, as well as serving as General Manager Operations at Dawn Farms from September 2014 to September 2017. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin, obtained in 2021.
