Abdul Ibrahim

Abdul Ibrahim is a skilled IT professional with a background in desktop support, engineering, and web development. Currently serving as a Deskside Support Engineer at The Baupost Group since February 2022, Abdul previously held roles at American Well as a Junior IT Engineer and later as an IT Engineer from March 2017 to February 2022. Abdul's experience also includes working as a Desktop Support Specialist at Belmont Public School, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and deploying desktop machines. Prior to that, Abdul gained web development experience during an internship at HealthcareSource, focusing on hospital document editing and application building.
