Valentina de Sio

Valentina De Sio has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as a Business Partners Training Manager at Bulgari SpA since 2005. In this role, Valentina has handled various organizational responsibilities across multiple sales structures, including Ownership, Wholesale, Travel Retail, Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories. Valentina has also worked as an HR Organization Manager, HR Organization Project Manager, and Senior Organization Analyst, contributing to both the upstream and downstream teams within the corporate organization. Prior to Bulgari, Valentina gained experience at Bain & Company, where a marketing plan was developed during an internship.
