Dimitar Blagoev

Dimitar Blagoev has over 25 years of experience in internal auditing and risk management within the banking sector. Currently serving as an Internal Auditor at Bulgarian American Credit Bank since April 2021, Dimitar previously held positions including Head of Internal Control Department at BDZ Passengers EOOD and Senior Internal Auditor at Corporate Commercial Bank AD. Dimitar's early career includes a managerial role in the Credit Risk Unit at UniCredit Bulbank and various auditing positions at Commercial Bank Biochim and HVB Bank Biochim. Dimitar holds a Master's degree in economics from the University of National and World Economy, completed between 1987 and 1991.
