Kris Vandenberg

Kris Vandenberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food service and veteran support sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Texas Chapter of the Farmer Veteran Coalition since January 2024, Vandenberg is also the Founder of Vetted Farms and the Chief Executive Officer of VETTED Kitchens, a veteran-operated ghost kitchen that emphasizes catering and community engagement. Additional roles include Consulting for Scout & Cellar and serving as a Platoon Leader for The Mission Continues. Previously, Vandenberg held leadership positions as Chief Executive Officer of RWB's Chow ATX and Owner of RWB's Chow Bus. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in History from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Illinois Central College.
