Elena Nikolova

Elena Nikolova is an experienced professional in entrepreneurship and community management, currently serving as a Board Member and Community Manager at Bulgarian Angels Club, where responsibilities include member recruitment and event organization aimed at fostering angel investments. As a Program Architect at Beyond pre-accelerator, Elena focuses on supporting young entrepreneurs through program management and mentor development. Elena co-founded Female Entrepreneurship Bulgaria, which promotes women entrepreneurship, and is an Ecosystem Builder at The Edge, facilitating partnerships with academic and research institutions. Additionally, Elena has participated in various initiatives such as serving as a Fulbright Civil Society Scholar researching female entrepreneurship at Endeavor, and co-organizing TEDxVitosha. Educational background includes degrees from Sofia University and Babson College, complemented by participation in the Georgetown Leadership Seminar.
