Maria Panayotova-Poznakova

Maria Panayotova-Poznakova has extensive experience in risk management and analysis, currently serving as Chief Expert Risk at Bulgarian Development Bank since April 2022. Prior roles include Senior Risk Analyst at UBB AD, Chief Expert in Marketing, and various analytical positions at United Bulgarian Bank, including Corporate Credit Risk and SME Department roles. Earlier experience includes credit analysis at ProCredit Bank and office management at Fructo Sliven AD, along with a retail officer position at McDonald's Corporation. Maria holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Economics in Varna, a Master's degree in Accounting and Control from the University of Veliko Turnovo, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics in Varna. Maria is also a graduate of the Biological and Mathematics High School Dobri Chintolov Sliven.
