Shawn Byun

Shawn Byun has over 15 years of professional experience in various managerial roles. In 2021, they began working as Manager - Demand Generation and Territory Manager for Aperture Pet & Life. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as Manager - Sales for Vertex Technologies, Inc. From 2010 to 2017, they served as Assistant Manager Quality Assurance and Compliance Sales and Customer Service and Assistant Manager Sales Operations - Outbound Sales for LegalZoom. Shawn was responsible for constructing a new Sales and Customer Support Quality Assurance & Compliance team, building the first customer facing Quality Assurance & Compliance department for the entire organization, creating and managing all of operations including training material for the department in two states, launching and developing the first sales abandonment and retention teams within the organization, and leading all training to establish the foundation of the Outbound Sales team. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2010, they worked as Operations Manager for Competition Soundworks Inc.

Shawn Byun attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and the US Army Infantry.
