Pavel Motsar

Pavel Motsar serves as the Head of Engineering at BulkSource, Inc., overseeing an engineering team dedicated to developing a cutting-edge digital automation SaaS platform since January 2021. Additionally, Pavel manages the ACT department as Managing Director at AMTOSS, focusing on team management and development. As the CEO and Co-founder of Atom Cream Team, a provider of turnkey software project development services, Pavel leads a consolidated group of skilled professionals. Furthermore, as a lecturer at PM School, Pavel trains aspiring IT project managers. Previous experience includes roles as Delivery Head & HRM at MediaSapiens GmbH, Development Manager at Mirantis, and Project Manager at multiple organizations, including Intetics Inc. and EKTOS. Pavel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, earned in 2002.
