Becky Allan, PHR, SHRM-CP has a broad range of work experience spanning different industries. Becky started their career in 1984 as an Office Manager at Salem Nursing Home, where they supervised office staff, managed personnel files, generated insurance billing, payroll, and accounts payable. In 1992, they worked as a Software Programmer at Integrated Data Solutions, where they designed, developed, and programmed a Residents Accounts Receivable System (RARS) specifically for Nursing Care Facilities. Becky also marketed, presented, and provided training for the system. From 1994 to 1995, Becky worked as an Independent Consultant, analyzing and auditing outstanding AR claims for independent insurance agencies and designing a structured bookkeeping system.
Becky's next role was MIS Manager at Aluma-Kraft Sales Inc, from 1995 to 2000. In this position, they supervised and managed the MIS Department for 17 locations, overseeing approximately 72 users. Becky also served as a project manager for reaching and purchasing industry-specific accounting and manufacturing software and installed, implemented, and trained staff on the new DMSI system at all locations.
Currently, Becky is working as a Compensation and Benefits Manager at Bullard, a role they have held since 2000.
Becky Allan, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems/Programming Option from Paducah Community College, where they studied from 1985 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications in the field of human resources. These certifications include the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI, which they obtained in June 2020, and the SHRM - CP certification from SHRM, which they obtained in September 2015. Furthermore, they also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2017.
