Santhosh Varma

Santhosh Varma is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bulldog Bag Ltd since July 2019, Santhosh is the primary contact for over 200 employees and managers, focusing on HR policy development and the implementation of HR information systems, including ADP Workforce Now. Previously, Santhosh held the positions of Senior HR/Payroll Specialist at Prime Focus Creative Services Canada Inc. and Gener8 Digital Media Services from March 2016 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Systems Specialist at Global Mining Management Corporation, where Santhosh implemented HRIS and supported payroll processing, as well as a Resources Manager/Human Resources Generalist at Sony Gulf FZE, where responsibilities included recruiting, budget management, and workflow automation. Santhosh holds a Master of Arts in Social Work with a focus on Personnel Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and Indore School of Social Work.
