Mick Stierli is a seasoned expert in athletic performance and strength and conditioning, currently serving as the Head of Performance for the Fiji National Rugby League Team for the Pacific Nations Tournament. With extensive experience, Mick has been a Health and Fitness Officer for the NSW Police Force, developing a renowned Physical Training Instructor Program. As the Head of Athletic Performance for NSW Rugby League Ltd, Mick oversees the physical development program for high-performance referees. Additionally, Mick leads Katalyst Performance, focusing on tailored training and conditioning programs for athletes, and has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and the Western Suburbs Magpies. Past roles include Head of Performance for the Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League during the Rugby League World Cup. Academically, Mick holds a PhD from Bond University and a Master's degree in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University, and is a PhD candidate investigating the reconditioning of injured police officers.
