Maaz Umlash

Maaz Umlash possesses extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Bulleh Shah Packaging Pvt. Ltd. since June 2016. In this role, Maaz focuses on fostering a culture of empathy and teamwork, enhancing equipment efficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement practices through Total Productive Maintenance while successfully reducing operational costs. Previously, Maaz held the position of Line Manager, where responsibilities included improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), optimizing manpower, and ensuring quality control. Earlier career experience includes serving as System Engineer at Bullehshah Packaging from August 2012 to May 2016. Maaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and is currently furthering education at the Lahore University of Management Sciences, completing studies in November 2023.
