Joe is a mentor to many, routinely modeling personal and professional behavior that speaks volumes about his character while personifying B&A’s corporate values of integrity, ingenuity and positive impact. He has contributed his skills, considerable experience and keen insight to several industry organizations including serving on Illinois State University’s Construction Management Program Advisory Board, as chairman of the Chicagoland Association of General Contractors’ Labor Relations Committee and most recently, as a board member for Revolution Workshop. Joe doesn’t stop with volunteering his time and talents regionally. He also supports the industry on an international level, serving as a Trustee on the Laborer’s International Union Training and Apprenticeship fund.
