Dominic Barron

Dominic Barron is an experienced professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as a Senior Sales Enablement Trainer at Bullhorn since January 2022. In this role, Dominic enhances sales team performance by collaborating with sales leaders to identify training needs and design effective programs. Prior to Bullhorn, Dominic held various positions at BT from August 2015 to January 2022, including Sales Enablement Specialist and Instructional Design Specialist, where impactful training content was developed and training for sales and systems was delivered. Earlier experiences include managing an education center, coordinating summer programs, and working in retail sales and tutoring. Dominic holds a Higher National Diploma in Music from Liverpool John Moores University.
