Kristina B.

Kristina B. is a seasoned professional in employee experience and diversity, currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Experience & Diversity at Bullhorn since April 2021. With a track record of enhancing workplace culture and engagement, Kristina has expanded employee resource groups and facilitated impactful learning sessions. Prior to Bullhorn, Kristina was the Manager of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Johnson Controls, where leadership was provided to a council aligning strategies across global business units. Additional experience includes roles at Apple Leisure Group, BuySeasons, Kohl's, and an internship at the Zoological Society of Milwaukee. Kristina holds a BA in Communication and English from Alverno College and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
