Kathleen Nelson

Kathleen Nelson has extensive experience in human resources, holding senior leadership positions at several notable companies. At L3Harris Technologies, Kathleen served as Senior Director of Talent Management and Director of Human Resources within the Communication Systems division from March 2020 to July 2022. Prior to this, Kathleen worked at Harris Corporation as Human Resources Director for the Space and Intelligence Systems segment from September 2015 to March 2020. Kathleen's career also includes roles as Sr. Human Resources Manager at Harris RF Communications and Global Human Resources Manager at Lenel Systems International, along with serving as HR Manager at Alcan from May 2002 to December 2008. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia, earned between January 1991 and January 1995.
