VP, Global Support at Bullhorn

Megan O’Donoghue is Bullhorn’s Vice President, Global Support, responsible for the Tier 1 support organization and international enterprise support for all product lines. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Megan led the Customer Experience team for NantHealth, including the Customer Support, Customer Success, Training and Technical Writing functions. Before entering the SaaS space at NantHealth, Megan led a global team advising IT and Security & Risk executives to adopt business technology best practices at Forrester Research. Megan has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSIS and an MBA from Boston University.
