Phil Anderson is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data migration and analysis. Currently serving as Principal Data Engineer at Bullhorn since January 2011, Phil has successfully completed over 220 data migrations, focusing on larger and complex projects for Enterprise clients. Previously, as Senior Data Engineer at Bullhorn, responsibilities included data migrations to SQL Server from various sources and collaborating with clients for accurate data transfers. Prior experience includes a role as Data Migration Consultant at Bond International Software, where Phil facilitated the transfer of data into the Adapt Recruitment System, and as an Information Analyst at GMAC Commercial Finance, delivering IT Data Warehouse developments and supporting production applications.
