Todd Williams

Todd Williams brings extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director of HR, US & Global Learning & Development at Bullhorn since November 2019. In this role, Todd acts as an HR Business Partner to over 700 employees in a dynamic SaaS environment, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Prior to Bullhorn, Todd held various senior HR positions at CWT, where responsibilities included leading a global talent acquisition team and providing HR leadership to the largest operating unit across multiple countries. Todd’s academic credentials include an MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
