Richard Williams

Richard Williams is an Associate Attorney at Bullivant Houser Bailey. Previously, Richard worked as a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Oregon Department of Justice and as a Law Clerk at the University of Oregon Office of Risk Management. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Oregon.
