Ryan Dwyer

Ryan Dwyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Bullpen since November 2021. Prior to that, Ryan was the Owner and Founder of Flower Moon Records, an independent record label based in Los Angeles. Ryan managed various aspects of the label, including A&R, management, licensing, promotion, distribution, and press. Ryan founded Flower Moon Records in August 2016 and continues to be associated with it. Ryan also founded and owned Dwyer PR, a communications company, starting from June 2015.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Ryan has held a position as a Co-Founder at Ellipsis Communications since December 2022.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Ryan worked at Big Communications as a Lead Outreach Executive from July 2012 to July 2015. Ryan also had a significant career in politics, serving in various roles in the U.S. House of Representatives from September 2006 to January 2012, including Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Scheduler, and Intern.

Ryan Dwyer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Stockton University in 2006.
