Shane Ruby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue assurance, cost management, and team leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of COGS & Revenue Assurance at Lingo + BullsEye since October 2016, Shane oversees vendor cost auditing, account reconciliation, and manages a team of auditors. Previous roles include Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst, Business Process Analyst, and various order management positions, where responsibilities included project management and process improvement. Prior to Lingo + BullsEye, Shane held managerial positions at Starbucks, including District Manager and Store Manager, with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and team development. Shane's career started at Applebee's as a General Manager and began at Target as a Team Leader.
