Gemma O'Connor

Gemma O'Connor is an experienced creative professional currently serving as Head of Creative at Bullshark since January 2022, where collaboration with a variety of local and international brands leads to the development of unique creative concepts across multiple production mediums. Prior to this role, Gemma founded Laloon SA, a natural beauty company, from January 2020 to September 2021, successfully integrating creativity and entrepreneurship in a product line that included handcrafted soaps and curated gift boxes. Additionally, Gemma gained experience as a Desktop Publisher at The Backstory in late 2020, focusing on visual research and developing pitch decks for South African TV commercials. Gemma completed a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Brand Communication from the AAA School of Advertising and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from ICE Malta.
