Nibha Rastogi

Nibha Rastogi is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Bully Pulpit International since September 2024, Nibha actively recruits for full-time positions and seasonal fellowships. Prior to this role, Nibha held leadership positions focused on talent acquisition at GMMB and KWI Communications, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment and designing effective talent acquisition processes. Nibha's experience also includes strategic human resources roles at Porter Novelli, emphasizing employee satisfaction and organizational culture. Nibha began their career as an HR Coordinator at adroitts and has additional experience in data analysis and training and development. Nibha holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
