Duane La Bom is an accomplished professional with a robust background in diversity, inclusion, and talent management. Currently serving as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and VP of Talent at Cornerstone OnDemand, Duane has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. As an HR Advisor and investor at Aditus Holdings USA, Duane supports the leadership team and contributes to the growth of financial services and medical benefits for employees. Duane co-founded Rackspace Open Cloud Academy, providing technology career training in partnership with business and community leaders. Previous roles include Global Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Texas Instruments, VP of Talent Management & Chief Diversity Officer at Andeavor, and Director of Learning and Development at Rackspace. Duane’s career began at Toyota North America in training and development. An alumnus of Northwestern State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Technology, Duane's expertise spans strategic management, talent development, and diversity initiatives.
