Michael started their career at Movado Group, where they held various roles including Vice President of Brand Management for the ESQ brand and Vice President of National Accounts. Michael then moved on to Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd., where they served as President of the USA division and spearheaded the re-launch of the Longines brand in the US market. After that, they joined Gucci Group Watches & Jewelry as Managing Director for the Americas region. Following their time at Gucci, they started their own company, ILG | International Luxury Group, Americas, where they served as President and led the start-up and implementation of the company's first subsidiary in the Americas.
