Pat Menke

Pat Menke has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning multiple industries and leadership roles. They served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Administration at Bumble Bee Foods, where they were responsible for overseeing the HR function for a one-billion dollar packaged food company. Prior to this, they held the role of AVP of Human Resources at Hewlett Packard / Peregrine Systems, where they managed HR operations and led the integration of Peregrine into the HP organization. They also served as the Manager of HR Development at Solar Turbines and held various managerial positions at Ernst & Young Management Consulting and SynchroTech. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent management, change management, and collective bargaining negotiations.

Pat Menke earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Afterward, Pat pursued an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2003, Pat obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, in 2015, Pat obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, Pat obtained another SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in the same year.
