Joanna Baldwin, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global People Operations at Bumble since September 2020. Joanna's previous experience includes roles as a People Operations Manager at Bumble, a HR Manager at SAM Labs, and an HR Administrator/Advisor at Funding Circle UK. Joanna also worked as a Customer Relations Executive and began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant at Capax Resource Management. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resources from CIPD and a degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Kent. Recent travel across Asia and New Zealand before the lockdown has inspired Joanna to seek exciting opportunities within People Teams focused on impactful people initiatives.
