Reda Kechouri

Reda Kechouri has extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and agile delivery. Currently, Reda is working at Bumble as the Head of Data Science & Machine Learning. Prior to that, Reda worked at ASOS.com as a Data Science & Machine Learning Manager, where they also held the role of Senior Agile Delivery Manager - ASOS AI. In this position, Reda led the execution of the company's technical data strategy and managed multiple teams involved in data ingestion, cleaning, transforming, and analysis. Reda also played a significant role in shaping the purpose and organization of Data Services at ASOS.com.

Before ASOS.com, Reda worked at Aimia Inc as a Technical Lead / Scrum Master, leading the design and development of a greenfield application and REST Webservice for a big data analytical system. They also coached and mentored the product owner and development team while promoting agile methodologies across the organization.

Earlier in their career, Reda worked at Transport for London as a Senior Operational Systems Developer, where they designed and developed critical applications for the Traffic Directorate, including the Olympic Playbook and the Traffic Information Management System. Reda also served as a GIS Specialist / GIS Developer, where they provided GIS support, automated processes, and developed bespoke tools.

Additionally, Reda has worked at the French Embassy in London as a Developer and at AGF Asset Management as an Information System Engineer. Overall, Reda has demonstrated expertise in data science, machine learning, agile delivery, GIS, and software development throughout their career.

Reda Kechouri completed their Masters in Computer Science at ENSIIE - École Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique pour l'Industrie et l'Entreprise from 2000 to 2003. They have also obtained various certifications in the field of Machine Learning and Agile methodologies. These certifications include Machine Learning and AI For Everyone from Coursera in 2020, Certified Agile Leadership 1 from Scrum Alliance in 2017, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2016, and Certified Lean Kanban Foundation from Lean Kanban Inc. in 2016.
