Vladimir Yants

Vladimir Yants is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Apps Backend at Bumble Inc. since January 2017, overseeing a team of approximately 30 engineers and managing 10 individual contributors and 2 engineering managers. Prior to this role, Vladimir held various positions at Dengi Srazu, Emax Web Bureau, and OrbitSoft, where responsibilities included backend development and team leadership. Vladimir holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theoretical Informatics and a Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, both from Rostov State Civil Engineering University.
