Shekhar Shah

Shekhar Shah is a dedicated football personnel and recruiting assistant currently at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since March 2024, where analytical and film-based methods are employed to evaluate high school prospects and automate recruiting processes. As an intern at Relative Athletic Score since June 2023, Shah conducts research using SQL to analyze athletic trends among NFL players while developing web-based solutions to present player statistics. Previously, as a coaching research analyst at the University of Connecticut from August 2023 to March 2024, contributions included providing analytical insights for gameday strategies and assisting in the development of a recruiting model through advanced predictive analytics. Shah is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to graduate in 2027.
